1. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only when you can lawfully agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must manage consent and purchasing for a child where required.
2. Lessons and marketplace services
Availability, tutor fit, lesson outcomes, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Bookings, cancellations, attendance, recordings, credits, and refunds are governed by the policies shown during the relevant flow.
3. Payments
You authorise the displayed charges and agree to provide valid payment details. Tutors are paid only for eligible work under the Tutor Agreement and payment policy, including completion of required lesson reports.
4. Safety and acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, evade its safeguards, move learner relationships or payments off-platform, infringe rights, or create risk for another person. Atutor may restrict or end access while investigating safety, fraud, legal, or policy concerns.
5. Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms, with notice where required. Contact Atutor Global support through the platform with questions, complaints, or legal notices.
